These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by KJMC Seattle ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About this website

This site shares information about KJMC Seattle, our gatherings, and our teaching. It is provided free of charge for informational purposes.

Gathering and event information

Our gathering times and locations change. We try to keep this site accurate, but event details, including information pulled automatically from our Telegram channel, may be out of date or incomplete. Please check our Telegram channel or contact us before you travel to a gathering.

Some events, such as hikes, retreats, or outdoor gatherings, may carry physical risks. Participation is voluntary. Please follow the instructions of event organizers. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

Content and copyright

The text and design of this site belong to KJMC Seattle unless otherwise noted. Photos belong to KJMC Seattle or to the photographers who took them. You may share links to our pages. Please don't copy or reuse our photos or written content for commercial purposes without our permission.

If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, or you appear in a photo and want it removed, contact us and we will review your request promptly.

Links to other sites

This site links to services we don't control, including Telegram, Facebook, and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.

Donation & refund policy

Online giving is not available on this site yet. Today you can give by mailing a check or by giving in person at a gathering.

• Gifts are voluntary. Every gift is a voluntary contribution. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a gift, unless we tell you otherwise at the time.
• Refunds. Donations are generally not refundable. If you made a mistake, such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate check, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to correct it.
• Designated gifts. If you ask that a gift go toward a specific purpose, we will do our best to honor that. If the purpose can no longer be met, we may use the gift where it is most needed.
• Receipts and taxes. If you need a written acknowledgment of your gift, contact us. We don't give tax advice; please ask your tax advisor whether your gift is deductible.

We will update this policy before we start accepting gifts online.

This site is provided "as is." We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJMC Seattle is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using this website or relying on the information on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
